These terms cover the use of BuddyPept (the “Service”). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not agree to them should not use the Service.
What BuddyPept is
BuddyPept is a free educational tool for peptide reconstitution and dosing math, plus plain-language information about common peptides. It is provided for general informational purposes only.
Not medical advice
The Service does not provide medical advice and does not recommend doses. The Medical Disclaimer forms part of these terms and should be read in full. The user is responsible for verifying any result and for any decisions made.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and for personal, educational purposes. Do not misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, copy it to pass off as original work, or use it to harm others.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BuddyPept does not warrant that the Service will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BuddyPept and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm or loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, the Service.
Intellectual property
The BuddyPept name, content, and design belong to BuddyPept. The Service may be used for personal use, but it may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Third-party services
The Service runs on third-party providers (for hosting, data storage, and email). Their handling of data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
BuddyPept may update the Service or these terms over time. Meaningful changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
